The provisions set out below define the rights and obligations of thes parties, namely JODH and the purchaser of any product from the JODH online storeonline shop, hereinafter referred to as the "Customer".
About us company JODH and its online store are intended only for buyers non-trading individuals. Commercial or professional buyers must contact directly à the company whose address appears above.
The customer declares that he/she has the legal capacity to enter into the present contract, i.e. that he/she is of legal age and has not been placed under a legal or conventional protection regime, in accordance with article 1146 of the French Civil Code.

1/ Contract formation

Products remain the property of the company JODH until full payment has been received.
The total amount due by the Customer is the amount indicated on the order confirmation.

The total price will be notified on the order when the delivery method is chosen at step 4 "Delivery".

5/ Payment

6/ Delivery and shipping

Delivery costs are calculated according to the delivery method chosen by the Customer when placing the order at step 4 "Delivery".
All orders are processed by La company JODH within 1 to 2 working days, the customer receives an email when the order is dispatched containing the order tracking number, enabling the customer to locate the parcel and follow its progress via the carrier's website.
Delivery times are quoted for information only.

7/ Right of withdrawal

All returned products must be undamaged and unworn in their original packaging. If the returned product is damaged, it will be returned to the Customer at his expense.
The company Jodh, will not refund nor exchange jewelry that has been engraved or personalized (According to article L121-20-2 of the French Consumer Code, which allows e-merchants to exclude from the scope of the right of withdrawal contracts for the "supply of goods (...) clearly personalized".
Customers can choose between a refund or a credit note. In the case of distance selling, the refund will be made by check only.
The Customer will be reimbursed forpart of the order for the returned product, no later than 14 days after exercising the right of retraction.
8/ Returned products

9/ Warranty
Lhe Jodh company offers a 6-month commercial warranty on all jewelry. The jewelry is guaranteed against all manufacturing defects for a period of 6 months from the date of purchase. This guarantee is valid for normal use of the product.
The following are excluded from the warranty: defects resulting from accidents, improper handling or use improper or abusive use (such as shocks, marks from blows, crushing, exposure to corrosive agents), as well as the consequences of skin acidity, wear and normal aging of the jewel.
On the other hand, any parts found to be defective due to a manufacturing defect duly noted by our Customer Service Department will be repaired or replaced.
In order to benefit from the warranty, the customer must have the purchase invoice for the jewelry.
If the Customer encounters a problem during this warranty period, the Customer must contact Customer Service at the following address: contact@maison-jodh.fr or by telephone on +33 (0)4 81 13 33 61 to find out how to return a product and find a suitable solution.
When returning the product by the Customer, it is necessary to protect and carefully place the product(s) in their original packaging, which should be sent to 40 bis, rue de la Giraudière, 69530, Brignais., at the Customer's expense accompanied by the invoice.
Beyond the warranty period, it is possible to have your jewel repaired. If the customer accepts, we will repair the jewel and send it back to the customer as soon as possible. The repair will be carried out once the customer's payment has been validated.
10/ Liability
The company JODH cannot be held responsible for events that prevent the proper execution of the contract and that are attributable to the Client, a third party to the contract or force majeure.

The Customer acknowledges that any infringement of the trademark, designs or other graphics may be punished by criminal and/or civil penalties at the discretion of the company JODH.
13/ Personal data
All the information requested on www.maison-jodh.fr when placing an order or subscribing to the newsletter is as follows: name, address, email address, telephone number and customer number.

15/ Legal warranty provisions
Article L211-4 of the French Consumer Code

Article 1648 paragraph 1 of the French Civil Code
The action resulting from redhibitory defects must be brought by the purchaser within two years of discovery of the defect.
