The "Bébé Hippo Naissance" pendant from Maison Jodh celebrates the gentleness and strength of the first days of life. Inspired by a documentary on African fauna that she watched with her child, Ombeline designed this jewel to symbolize protection and tenderness. This delicate pendant is available in yellow gold, white gold, 18-carat rose gold and rhodium-plated 925 silver. We've designed each piece to be worn daily, a constant reminder of that tender, protective love.
The hippopotamus is a symbol of power and protection in many cultures. In Africa, hippos are often associated with water spirits and considered the protectors of rivers and lakes. In ancient Egypt, the goddess Taweret, represented in the form of a hippopotamus, was the protector of pregnant women and children. Necklace and chain sizes are expressed in centimeters and correspond to the total length of the necklace. Therefore, simply measure your neck with a tape measure or string to find your necklace size and adapt it to the way you like to wear it.
Size 42: corresponds to a choker for an adult or a necklace for a child.

Chain bracelet sizes are expressed in centimeters and correspond to the total length of the bracelet. Simply measure your wrist with a tape measure or string to determine your bracelet size.

The great advantage of the cord bracelet is its adaptability. In fact, the cord can be tightened and loosened to best fit your wrist. You can easily modify the cord, its material and its color.

All you need to do is measure your wrist with a tape measure to find your most comfortable bracelet size.
4 different sizes:
Baby : For children under three, choose the baby-size cord bracelet.
Children: Three years and up to adolescence, under 15 centimeters of wrist circumference.
Women : Thin wrist, from 15 centimeters to 17 centimeters of wrist circumference.
Men : Thin wrists for men and strong wrists for women, from 18 centimetres to 21 centimetres around the wrist.
Delivery: standard offered, sent within 3 to 5 working days and dispatched within 2 working days. Shipment within 3 weeks maximum for jewels with precious stones, subject to stock availability, in mainland France.
Please allow 3 to 7 working days for delivery and 15€ for the rest of Europe. Your purchases will be delivered in a Maison JODH Fairtrade box, pouch and bag, together with a certificate of authenticity for your jewel.
Returns and order cancellations: You have 14 working days to contact us via our e-mail address so that we can process your return.
